Dr. Fisher completed her B.Sc.H. at Queen’s University, and her M.Sc. in Photodynamic Therapy and Photomedicine in the Department of Pathology at Queen’s. After graduating from the University of Ottawa Medical School, Dr. Fisher completed her dermatology residency at McGill University.
Dr. Fisher is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, a certified member of the American Board of Dermatology, a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, and of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has also studied and completed research in Cutaneous Laser Surgery at Harvard University.
